Custom orders are subject to an additional fee based on the base material and complexity. Han/Crafted has the right to deny orders that go against the company's missions and values. Please allow 5-6 weeks for custom designs.

Embroidery is thread stitched into fabric, whereas vinyl is printed on top. Embroidery typically lasts longer although designs become limited in size and complexity. Reach out to learn more about what fits best for you.
Yes, we are able to accomodate bulk orders. Please note, since all items are hand made, no two items may appear the exact same. If interested, please reach out so we can curate the order.
Both wood burning methods appear similar on wood but require different levels of craftsmanship. The wood burn effect is achieved using a scorch marker/paste that reacts with heat. Engraved wood burned items have a longer lasting effects as it uses a traditional pyrography pen to burn into the wood. Both methods are food-safe and non-toxic.
